XMedia Recode can convert unprotected DVDs or DVD files to any supported output file. It can import and export many types of files such as WMV, MP4, MP3, 3GP, Matroska and more.
So I'd be looking to record Zoom calls, edit the resulting mp4 file, and have the chapters viewable on (I'm guessing) mostly windows media player. XMedia Recode is a freeware video and audio transcoding program for Microsoft Windows developed by Sebastian Dörfler. The lessons are camera-on, and so uploading to Youtube itself is therefore not an option, for obvious reasons. Or like other videos do and have links to a given part of the video in the comments. Ideally I'd like my students to be able to play back the lessons to refresh a certain topic by finding where the section on the topic starts and immediately skipping to it.Įssentially what I'm looking for is something exactly like the 'chapters' you see on a lot of Youtube videos, where the progress bar is split into a different section per topic. Xvid4PSP, StaxRip, RipBot264, MEGUI, Xmedia Recode, etc. They typically run about 1hr-1hr30 and cover a lot of varied content.
